Additional Items To Note:
- One-8 hour event is allowed per-full day rental (check in and check out days are not full days).
- One 2-hour event is allowed on check in and check out days.
- Reservations are required for all events
- Multi-unit rental discounts can not be applied to lodging associated with an event
- A professional security guard is required at all events of 40 or more if alcohol will be served and for all events over 60 regardless of whether or alcohol will be served or not.
- Per guest fees are rounded-up to the nearest $5
- Amplified music must be shut off by 10pm at the Gazebo
- Amplified music must be shut off by 12 am at the Pavilion
- Guests are required to clean-up all trash and leave the Venue in the same condition that they found it in
- Venue renters that are not staying on the property or have guests above the number allowed at no charge, are required to: Pay a $10 per person refundable deposit and carry liability insurance
