Event Pricing

General Venue Pricing
  • $1.00 PerPerson/Per Hour
  • $15/hour and 2 hour mins.
  • No venue use charge for guests staying on the property and their plus one (fees apply for additional visiting guests)
  • Example: If 10 guests are staying with us, then a 20 person event would be free of charge with a setup fee and pre-approval. No venue-use charge.
Venue Rental w/Out Lodging:
  • Up to 30 guests and 15 cars max
  • $15-$30 per hour w/$60 set-up fee
  • Approved on a case-by-case basis
Venue Rental w/Palm Palace Rental:
  • Up to 40 guests and 20 cars
  • $15-$40 per hour w/$60-$120 set-up fee depending on number of people
Venue Rental w/Sugar Shack and Palm Palace Rental:
  • Up to 80 guests and 20 cars
  • $15-$80 per hour w/$60-$200 set-up fee depending on number of people

Additional Items To Note:

  • One-8 hour event is allowed per-full day rental (check in and check out days are not full days).
  • One 2-hour event is allowed on check in and check out days.
  • Reservations are required for all events
  • Multi-unit rental discounts can not be applied to lodging associated with an event
  • A professional security guard is required at all events of 40 or more if alcohol will be served and for all events over 60 regardless of whether or alcohol will be served or not.
  • Per guest fees are rounded-up to the nearest $5
  • Amplified music must be shut off by 10pm at the Gazebo
  • Amplified music must be shut off by 12 am at the Pavilion
  • Guests are required to clean-up all trash and leave the Venue in the same condition that they found it in
  • Venue renters that are not staying on the property or have guests above the number allowed at no charge, are required to: Pay a $10 per person refundable deposit and carry liability insurance
