Additional Items To Note:
- Our max capacity for car parking is 20-30 cars.
- One-8 hour event is allowed per-full day rental
- Reservations are required for all events
- A professional security guard is required at all events of 40 or more if alcohol will be served and for all events over 60 regardless of whether or alcohol will be served or not
- Music and lights off by 10pm
- Guests are required to clean-up all trash and leave the Venue in the same condition that they found it in
- Venue renters that are not staying on the property or have guests above the number allowed at no charge, are required to: Pay a $10 per person refundable deposit and carry liability insurance
